Our CNC-controlled tube end machining equipment can use tools to expand, reduce, bead, peel or roll the tube ends. The systems connected in semi- and fully automated production cells stand for a high level of precision and productivity.
Our bending machines are set up for efficiency with semi- and fully automated CNC-bending machines with a high level of automation. Whether it is a simple bending operation or a highly complex linking of radii with automated workpiece supply and removal, whether it is a single-radius or double-headed bending process – our system technology can handle all imaginable bending tasks from prototype to large-scale production.
As an established supplier to the automotive industry, we have the necessary experience and suitable systems for currently used welding procedures such as WiG, MAG and aluminium welding. These are used for steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The process steps are generally done by fully automated robots. For small production lots and prototypes, these can also be handled with high precision by our experienced manual welders.
Alternative to welding, we can offer hinds of brazing processes. This is our speciality, from steel components in furnance or, in the case of aluminium, soldering on sliding tables or rotary transfer systems. Our know-how is supported by our experience and the use of the right soldering material to create connections that last a lifetime.
System assembly / Assembling
We believe in the idea of system responsibility, based on our existing high value-creation chain from tube drawing and coating to tube processing all at one site. We manufacture assembly groups for individual components as well as fully automated system components. Our top priority is process reliability, which we can secure through automation and downstream inspection processes.
We test 100 % of all assembly groups that have gone through a joining process using procedures such as welding or soldering for impermeability. On the procedure side, this is generally achieved using the pressure differential process, which ensures extraordinarily high process reliability through a high level of automation.
Gauging / Controll
Before the components leave our lant to be delivered to the customer, we subject 100 % of the parts to a gauge test. This guarantees that the parts meet the installation requirements to 100 % and that smooth assembly is ensured.
