Our products are manufactured according to the individual requirements of our customers and offer high-quality and precise solutions.
Our tubes, which are manufactured using the cold forming process, are characterised by flawless surfaces and tight tolerances, which enables you to create customised designs, even for special dimensions. Furthermore, strengths and microstructures can be customised to your specific requirements. In addition to standardised production and fixed lengths, we also offer layer-wound coils (LWC) as a delivery option.

S-COT® tubes, with their corrosion-inhibiting plastic coating, are particularly suitable for demanding applications. These tubes enable complex forming processes, offer reliability, excellent sliding properties and are lightweight.

Our copper tubes, which can be used for a wide range of applications in areas such as electrical engineering, refrigeration and air conditioning technology, automotive and the sanitary industry, are characterised by their good formability and outstanding heat and electrical conductivity properties. S-Cot®
PA12-coated aluminium tubes
We offer a plastic coating that protects against corrosion and stone impact for tube applications subject to particularly high loads, such as fluid handling tubes in the automotive underbody area.
Thanks to the high adhesion of the plastic to the aluminium, our S-COT® tubes enable sophisticated forming processes and therefore offer a variety of machining and connection geometries for complex system components.
The positive characteristics of our environmentally friendly S-COT® products include high reliability, excellent sliding properties and a favourable weight.

Copper
Copper is extremely formable and is particularly well known for its excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. Due to this outstanding thermal conductivity and the wide range of possible applications, copper tubes are used in numerous fields of application.
As a manufacturer of drawn tubes, we produce copper tubes in various designs to order and according to the individual requirements of our customers, whether in random-mill or cut lengths or as wound coils.
Our production options are diverse and include round as well as internally or externally profiled tube variants in the alloys Cu-HCP (CW021A) or Cu-DHP (CW024A). We also offer copper-nickel tubes (CW352H / CuNi90/10) in our product portfolio for particularly demanding applications, such as in the hydraulics sector or where high corrosion resistance is required.
